This place is simply great I visited twice they are really fast and accurate with ordering. especially prem was really good at customer service

Really not surprised at all 1 star reviews. Honestly, whoever owns these tim hortons should be ashamed. it's a sweat. it's like every time I try to go to this place, it's a new, untrained employee with the worst customer service. not to mention that they've been out of the hawn for weeks? that is not as big as a problem as countless false commands. the story: I once ordered a chicken sluice, the person on the drive could hardly understand. obviously they were out of the huh, but I couldn't understand them. somehow they ended up confident that I could order a chicken sluice, and when I opened the pack acouple minutes after the road, it was salat, tomato and ranch sauce. kinda not a huh. paid full price. this place is an absolute sweat. the brand tim hortons themselves should abolish this location. Conclusion: there is a fantastic location about 1 minute around the corner, in the plaza at the corner of bleams and homer watson. if I could spit on the walls of this facility, I would, but I'm not sure if I could get back into a wide range.

Sat in the store waiting 10 minutes for service. No customers inside. Drive thru steady... not one employee even acknowledged I was there. So I left. Got served at another Tim Hortons within seconds of walking in. Garbage customer service at this location

In this covid situation , they are still taking the food back, i went over there this evening and order for muffin to be heated and they give me heated with butter and than when i told them to make new one for me, they first agree to make but than a white girl came and said to take it back, i said her i will throw that in dustbin but still she said she will not make a new one until i gave her back the old one, n she make a big issue of this in front of everyone, with no reason, no one is taking and food stuff which get handed by someone , but that lady was arguing alot with me.I suggest don't go to that place ever, they are not even wearing gloves.
