Don't shut down. Stay open. I live in Oregon as well. We need more examples of business to take a stand.

Some heckin chill ladies work there. Also the french cookies are 10/10 raspberry might be my favorite

After a friends rave review I stopped by to check out the menu and pastries. Purchased a few different desserts which where all amazing! The Macarons where delicious!! I was a little put off by the price initially however the attention to detail and amazing flavors made my purchase worth every cent. The menu items appeared to be very well priced and I look forward to trying more items.

Such a neat place. The bakery is to die for and the ambience is first rate. Love to see the improvement of Lebanon's downtown and Colette Bakery is a wonderful addition.
