Texas Roadhouse - Lees Summit

Always busy and packed on the weekends. Got there around 7:30 for dinner and did not get in til almost 8:30. Amazing food but our server was actually very rude, did not meet our expectations, forgot our drinks multiple times, and took forever with the checks after we were done. Over-all do not go on the weekend if you are looking for a good sit-down dinner and want great service.

Everything was really good here hot and fresh rolls when we sat down. My wife had a half slab of ribs and really enjoyed the fall off the bone tenderness. I had country fried chicken and mashed potatoes With made from scratch parade on both. Our waiter was quick and easy to deal with. We've tried Texas Roadhouse in 3 different locations and this saved to be the best on our visits.

We had a very good time during our dinner; Iyana was incredibly friendly and helpful from the start, and Emily had some of the best customer service I have ever gotten during a meal. The ribs were an excellent choice, especially for the price, and everyone enjoyed the dish that they got themselves. The music was the only thing that seemed off as it was very loud where we were seated in the restaurant, and we did end up right beneath a speaker. I look forward to dining at this location in the future!

Servers are great, food too. We liked the Country music while just talking during our meal. Also the food was cooked to order very quickly and accurately, 2023.Food: 5/5
