Wendy's - Lutz

I really enjoy this location as it's the closest one to me. The staff is always friendly, and I haven't experienced any issues during my visits. I particularly love Wendy's; I believe it’s better than most fast food options.

We visited this morning for our first time trying Wendy's breakfast, and I must say, the experience was fantastic! The cashier, Kristin, was incredibly polite and very patient with us. When we reached the window, her pleasant demeanor just made our day even better. It was a refreshing change to receive such quality service from someone so genuinely kind. Kudos to Kristin!!!

I just went through the drive-thru on March 30, 2022, at 3:08 PM, and I had an incredible experience for the first time. The young lady who took my payment and handed me my food was exceptionally kind; she smiled and made eye contact! Thank you so much for finally hiring someone like her!
