Every kind of cappellacci, cappelletti, tortellini etc... all HANDMADE (following nonna's recipes and tradition) by a young very committed chef from bologna, in the heart of macerata !!! ...take away or eat on site as you please, very good concept indeed !!!

Emiliando makes the pasta by hand in his small back room and it is beautiful. Tried the buffalo mozzarella tortellini with simple butter and sage and had to order another portion as the kids loved it so much. Just ate in out in the square for an impromptu lunch. Amazing.
