The service is nice, but the approximate and tasty cuisine, the lomo was too cooked and the weeping duxel had purée allure, the clafoutis with peaches was completely missed: not enough fruit too much sugar with a texture close to the boil. the addition remains salted for a lunch as soon as you get away from the flat formula of the day and dessert from the day to 17 euros because the rest is offered to the card with dishes around 16 euros and desserts around 7 euros. Anyway, I'm not convinced
We had dinner in this restaurant. From disappointment especially at the level of service I am not professional in restoration but it seems to me that the glass must be changed when you pass from white to red. However, the kitchen was tasteful.

Nice welcome by giséle. a lot of smile and good mood. It was hot so we ate in the cellar. It was very nice. the kitchen is made with fresh products. It's simple and refined. Very nice octopus salad. and even a little word of a friend at the end of the service.
For lunch or dinner. See a snack at 9:00 a.m. the place is fabulous!!!!The chef masters the culinary art perfectly and when you know his course. basle hat friendly and just service and a knowledge of exceptional wines. one can even say a thirst to know a short but fabulous card. Just... all homemade. cold dishes for the summer a real plus...The wine list mainly organic or nature of the very correct prices and more you can buy cellar price....And the summum a beautiful terrace for the summer and the,cave for the other seasons...Thank you damien and gisèle and all the team for this moment
