Batch Bakehouse - Madison

I will never have enough good things to say about Batch. I have never eaten anything here that wasn't just stupid good. Their bakers are lying to us all, I know it. They are definitely some sort of magical baking beings from some kind of flakey, sugary world that I can only hope to one day venture to, and live out my days in a perfectly made Chocolate-Almond Croissant cocoon.Thank you for existing, Batch and friends! <3

Definitely good pastry and baked goods BUT the King is naked walking down the aisle. $3.00 for A cookie that 's fairly normal size is highway robbery. A smallish almond tart is $5.00. A pecan pie if I remember right was like $35-38.00. I 'll stop in every once in a year for a kingly treat but I 'm not fond of feeling cheated as a working gal.I often go to whole foods and pay $12.00 a pound for a nice selection of butter cookies and walk away feeling pretty good with my bagful of treats.

Excellent sweet savory pastry, also baguettes. Parking can be a challenge on Saturday mornings

Absolutely loved this bakery, probably one of the best in Madison area. Their croissants just hit the spot!

Almond filled pastries, pain au chocolat. How can you go wrong. Don’t expect cheap prices but you will feel like you got a deal once you taste the deliciousness. My only regret is not being able to go more often.
