Bojangles - Madison

The staff was awesome. I believe the cashiers name was Alex or Alexander. We came in with a group of 22 and they handled it without a problem.

Went to the drive though and got a quick order and the food was hot and our order was correct.

Saw signs everywhere while traveling in the South. We decided to stop and try it out. The food was fresh hot and delicious. Unlike it's competition we didn't get sick afterwards ? . The staff were some of the nicest friendliest people we met on our trip!

Last Wednesday, June 14, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. we were at the Bojangles in Madison, GA.The female employee at the front register was totally disrespectful and rude. She acted like she was doing us a favor. She was only polite to the people of color behind us in line. We will not be back any time soon, although we used to be regular customers. The place was very messy with food slopped everywhere, yet the employees were standing around just talking to each other.
