If you're staying at the Holiday Inn Viera, you'll find this restaurant conveniently located within the hotel. If you're a fan of salmon, you'll love their delicious blackened salmon.

Happy hour is really good, this is a bar in the Holiday Inn and for what it is for, pleasantly surprised....

We stopped by the bar to redeem some free drink vouchers we had. I ordered a beer and my wife ordered a red wine. The bartender was very nice and friendly. We enjoyed talking with her. We also ordered some spinach and artichoke dip and french fries. Both dishes were excellent and better than expected.

When I visit my daughter in Viera, we enjoy stopping by this restaurant for a beer and sometimes dinner. We both ordered the blackened Mahi sandwich with fries. Unfortunately, the blackened seasoning on the beautiful fish filet was excessively spicy; we could barely eat any of it! It felt like it should have been labeled as Jamaican J because that’s how hot it was! I even felt discomfort in my throat the next day!
