Steak 'n Shake - Melbourne

They allowed our kids in costumes to have a free shake through the drive through on Halloween since the inside was closed. Kept the car happy and the drivers very appreciative.

As bad as a DT experience can be. I received the incorrect order. When arriving home I called to inform the manager. She told okay, anything else I can do for you. Well, you did nothing for me to begin with... Incorrect food, no acknowledgement of error, no attempt to make it correct. I will not return. I would not recommend.
