We had an incredible dining experience at Uchi tonight. We sat at the bar and were attended to by the sushi chef Rome, who took excellent care of us. The fish was incredibly fresh and delicious, and Rome provided us with amazing recommendations. He is a skilled chef and we will definitely be returning in the future!

The food at this restaurant is amazing, with each bite surpassing the last. Everything tastes fresh and bursting with flavor. Without a doubt, one of the best restaurants in Miami that I know of. It's a fantastic place to enjoy with friends. The cocktails are on the smaller side. The only downside was being seated outside in the dark parking lot of the building, and the waiter took a while to return to our table. The atmosphere is relaxed. The omakase is the only option for ordering, and whatever they serve you will be the best meal you've ever had. It may be expensive, but it is worth every penny. The service has always been exceptional.
