Ihop - Millington

This place is all run down and nasty as hell!!! There wasn't one clean table in the whole place and the floor hadn't been swept or mopped in quite some time. The waiter did not even know what IHOP offers on there menu because she wanted to tell me that you cannot get hashbrowns with your omelette meal without paying extra for it and pancakes automatically came with it which is wrong and I showed her where it said it on the menu and then she still said well it is going to be extra if you want it that way. Which I agree if you are to stupid to write down what someone orders correctly and then you choose to bring someone good that they did not order them guess what that food got paid for outta your tip so better luck next time but not from me because I will never eat at that location again!!!Parking: There is plenty of parking at this location because the food here sucks, the service here is horrible, and there isn't one clean seat available in the building so you will not have any problem finding a parking spot!!!

Food was hot and delicious. Waitress was nice. Manager was hands on and friendly. Ordered the biscuits and gravy. Both were good but you don't get enough gravy.

Food was horrible and the Manger was horrible i hate this place can't wait til waffle house open they need to tear the building down and build a church that would be a blessing wouldn't stop here just keep goin..The whole place sucks they might need to drop the I and add a E at the end for HOPE they

So, my review would have been worse, but the manager came through comped and fixed all these issues. The silverware was dirty, having fruit stuck to the spoon and they messed up the order getting the steak and eggs and they brought out steak tips which someone in my party couldn't eat(seasoning due to health issues) they promptly corrected it and were extremely courteous.
