Kfc - Milwaukee

The Ultimate BBQ Fried Chicken Sandwich was disappointing because it was missing fried onions and lacked BBQ sauce. I was given KFC sauce instead. The Secret Recipe Fries were also overcooked.

Biscuits were broken and crumbled. only received one gravy for 2 orders of mashed potatoes. some pieces of chicken were dried and old.

Don't waste your money or time. Our order arrived cold, with sides that were smaller than usual (which wasn't much to begin with), and parts of our order were missing. The delivery person was great, but the restaurant itself was terrible. I would not recommend this place at all. 10 out of 10, do not recommend.

The KFC near my house is not great for online orders. Most of the time, you either get decent food or leftovers. I do not recommend ordering from this location at night because you will probably end up with leftovers or items you didn't order.

The lobby was closed, so I couldn't dine in, but unlike McDonald's and Wendy's which do not allow drive-thru orders, this KFC was accommodating. The cashier was friendly and the food was served quickly. Overall, a great experience.
