Staying at the lovely rooms on the first floor of La Rotonda Relais, we took the opportunity to try the restaurant Rugantino which is on the lower floor. We must say that we were pleasantly amazed by the quality of the dishes served in particular the meat of Iberian beef Gallega and other dishes such as the fried egg on Fassina Piemontese. Research and culinary quality are truly excellent. Congratulations to the staff and the manager for professionalism. Top!
Good but price a bit exaggerated for what I ate. You bring a little poor and tasteless, even seeing the price, meat requested to the blood arrived a little too cooked.
Meat is the queen of the menu. Tartare, carpacci, their pork is some of the appetizers. In the second the selection of meats and cuts is wide and of the highest level, exposed for the foliage and for the grilled cooking. In the menu in addition to Chianina, the selection of prealps farms, there is also the possibility to taste the Kobe. Costate, Florentine, threads, cut dominate the choice, with the possibility to be recommended for a mix of tastes. The restaurant is very well-kept, just a few steps from the characteristic square of Badoere.
Dinner with friends, nice place with view on the kitchen. Specialized in meat dishes. Excellent appetizers, grilled meat of various types. Great cooking. Good choice of wines. I count a little salty as we ate: appetizer for three, dish with two steaks, a bottle of wine half liter, three desserts and a water and two coffee 180€ i.e. 60 € per head
