Excellent food but the service needs to be reviewed (a lot of waiting...lack of staff)

It's just passable, too bad. We ate the poacher's fondue during a romantic dinner. Well I have some advice, it's not the ideal place for a romantic meal, the service is very cold and yet I think the waitress is making a lot of effort. The kitchen, not too much cooking work on the garnishes, we are in hunting season. The garnish is a little red cabbage, three or four Brussels sprouts chasing each other, a few candied chestnuts, but probably from the can and two half fruits from a can of fruit in syrup with a little jam. cranberries on top. Bon restaurant qui ne paye pas de mine, mais dans lequel ont mange des plats très bon en fonction de la saison.

Ete manger une fois pour un anniversaire, très bien reçu, étions 18 personnes, très bon menu choisi à l'avance , passé un très agréable moment, bien mangé, peut être avons-nous été un peu trop serré, car il y avait passablement de monde, mais nous avions bien sûr réservé à l'avance. Merci, C'était il y 4 ans et depuis je ne sais pas ce que cela donne, il y a eu des transformations et aussi un peu de changement de prix, mais d'après des nouvelles, c'est toujours bien.
