Paper Nautilus Cafe - Motueka

I had a wonderful conversation with one of the owners who introduced me to the enchanting world of their cold brew coffee, which was packed with a variety of delightful and unique flavors. He was incredibly friendly and clearly passionate about coffee. I wholeheartedly recommend this place for a refreshing coffee experience!

The food here is simply amazing! We started with the salmon focaccia, which was made with homemade focaccia bread, just as a snack. After that, we returned to try both the sushi and okonomiyaki, and everything was outstanding! The artwork in the restaurant adds to the enjoyable atmosphere, making it a great place to dine in. The owners are wonderful people who have decided not to charge extra for credit card payments, as they believe it would slow down the ordering process. This is a lovely family-owned establishment.

True hospitality!! The syphon coffee was amazing to watch and I have learnt so much about coffee, beans and what a mocha bean really is. The cafe has amazing food, with the okinyaki exceptionally delicious. Expect real hospitality with chat. The coffee is so good you won't want to buy coffee anywhere else

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The Japanese food was excellent, and they offered delightful treats to enjoy with coffee—truly a fusion of flavors. The decor was intriguing, and they had numerous photography magazines that could inspire your creativity. Prices were very reasonable, and I only wish I had discovered this gem sooner. I even took some takeout home to share with others. The ambiance was welcoming, with plenty of tables to accommodate guests. Plus, they have a real Paper Nautilus Shell on display, which adds to the uniqueness of the place. Parking is available right outside or just around the corner. Highly recommend!
