One star for food and response from the restaurant (after my call when our entire party didn’t feel well the day after sharing several dishes). Higher rating for service. Katie was terrific

Just drove 45 minutes to get here and arrived within the time listed on their website and was refused service and told by the female manager that the website was wrong and for me to go to McDonald's!! Probably the WORST OBNOXIOUS attitude and response i have ever encountered in 50 years of dining....You are rude.....STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. WHO HAS NO CLASS WHATSOEVER..UPDATE...UPDATE.....After the owner responded here and the Manager Diedre clearly lied about the entire situation..facts and conversation..the Owner Alex reached out to me and we had a very good conversation and invited us back to correct the situation and behavior of Diedre.....Will return and update..

Always have excellent meals at Alexander’s! The grouper and Sea Bass are the best in Naples. Wonderful, friendly service with the best bartender, Jim! It is a pleasure to dine here and is a favorite of ours in Naples.

Had an amazing experience on the garden patio. The atmosphere and staff are absolutely fantastic. The Tuna was perfectly prepared and cared for. By far the best meal we've had in Naples. A must try!
