Dunkin' - Needham

They have 2 speeds, slow and stop. Today I asked for a medium iced coffee and got a large. Maybe if the staff there understood English they would get the order right and not lose money for the owner

Went at 7:30pm on Sunday to pick up a mobile order and it was closed : Hours on the door and Dunkin app said it was open until 8. Please update hours

My friend Always tease me, telling me that my Car, not Me knows all the DD's on my way. Lol...

I finally stopped at this point as it is right next to my doctor. This is a very popular area and there were only two people who help all the mosquitoes waiting for orders. That made things a little slower to get my app order, but these young people were busy and had no time to poop, [for us breathe customers]. [lol] The place itself was very clean and the eye appealing. The lady who made my order has done a fantastic job with my handmade signature latte. It was my first and I could order it again to celebrate. I recommend this place because it is clean and friendly workers. Good work under pressure people!!

The morning staff at this restaurant is incredibly rude. They are always on their phones and don't seem to care about customer service. To make matters worse, I had a phone call blaring over the loudspeakers while trying to place my order. When I politely asked a staff member to move their car from a handicapped spot, they told me to call the police if I had a problem with it. I will not be returning to this establishment on Highland Ave.
