Las Chimeneas - Nevada

Veníamos de una caminata y queríamos comer en el restaurante del hotel. Aunque llegamos muy temprano para las comidas españolas, el posadero nos atendió y nos sirvió comida deliciosa. El servicio, el ambiente y la comida eran súper buenos.

What delicious flavours are conjoured from the kitchen at magical Las Chimineas. I stayed for over a week and I hope to go back. Oh, and buy some nougat to take with you. I wish I got more than one bag! Yum!

We stayed at Las Chimeneas for four nights recently and enjoyed four delicious dinners here. Food was all excellent, a choice of three starters/main courses and desserts (meat/fish/vegetarian) and cooked by local staff, using locally sourced ingredients. Lovely views from the terrace across the valley. I would also recommend the cookery book written by owners Emma and a David, a lovely souvenir of our visit. I hope we will be able to make a return visit soon.

Fabulous cookery from local chef's Soledad and Conchi and larger than life Andrew managing front of house. This really is a hidden gem where local ingredients are sourced a short walk away, always in season and quite delicious. We enjoyed superb, balanced 3 couse meals washed down with reasonably priced tasty local wines. A must vist if you are in the area.

A very quiet and cozy place. taken by so very friendly owners. when managed by foreigners, as are most guests, the breakfast and dinner schedules are adapted to it, something early for the usual spain.
