Wendy's - New Orleans

I really love the earthy flavors here; however, I would appreciate it if they could let me know in advance when the dishes aren't completely frozen. The strawberry frosty is far superior to the groundberry milk.

The order is always accurate, and the customer service is excellent. However, the strawberry lemonade I had was not mixed well.

Omg the best Wendy’s in the city manager was friendly and on point the young gentlemen who work the drive thru are fast courteous and the food was hot and fresh! I went around lunch times two days in a row! Wonderful

The employee in the drive thru gave us our food and when asked if that was all he turned and walked away instead of answering. The nuggets were burnt, fries were cold and then to top it off my daughter found a fly cooked into her burger. Unless you want horrible service and bugs cooked into your food I would not recommend it. My family was in town for vacation and running late for a tour or would have turned around and taken it back to the store then. We are contacting the corporate office.

Great customer service. Food delivered quickly. Clean. Only negative was hard to get mobile service inside to use the app (trying to show I qualify for the free Jr frosty). Other than that great experience.
