The mac and cheese tasted like it had been sitting out for a long time; it was neither hot nor the creamy texture it should have been. I was extremely disappointed. Instead, order from the Panera in Williamsburg; it’s definitely worth your money. To top it off, I didn’t even receive my French baguettes, which I was looking forward to having with the mac and cheese. It seems that the staff don’t take the time to ensure orders are correct. I would give this place even more negative stars if I could. My girlfriend and I just wanted some good food, but that didn’t happen.

I will never understand why only a handful of rest gets my order correct each time. Panera is definitely one of the handful. Every single time, my food/drink is delicious, my order is correct, they send napkins, straws utensils, cream cheese, etc. I sure do appreciate the fact tgat they really pay attention to filling their orders.
