Avaliação da contribuiçãoThe reception should, in my opinion, be better designed. Individual champagne reception, for such a hotel, seems appropriate to me. The breakfast room is way too big. Smaller units can be manufactured very quickly, without major conversion work. Plates and cutlery should be cleared away quickly after breakfast has been eaten. Charging extremely high parking fees doesn't seem reasonable to me. The swimming pool is public and way too crowded. In general, the staff is very friendly…
Second stay at this hotel and again we loved the room, restaurants, swimming pool, lobby and friendly staff. Excited to hear they will be updating the wellness area soon!
Great location, hotel has good standard and is quiet so you can recharge your batteries. Restaurant are excellent and good value for your money. Still some services and room standards do not meet excellent level. However staff is very friendly and helpful and that is, what gives you a pleasant stay.
Big . Fantastic location and view over the sea and the beach. We enjoyed the food : huge choice of quality restaurants. Employees sympathetic, helpful and smiling.
I stayed here for a weekend with my mom and 4-year-old, mostly because they had the indoor wave pool. Now that I know you can pay €5-6 pp to swim there, I probably wouldn't stay in the hotel again, to be honest. I'd stay elsewhere or just drive there for the day to swim. Compared to other hotels in Noordwijk, it's the same or better that others I have stayed in. You can tell it was a luxe hotel in its prime, but some things are quite dated now. The people who work there are very nice and helpful, and the service is good. They gave my daughter a sweet gift upon arrival, and a small bathrobe to use too. The amenities are nice, and it looked like a good spa menu as well, though I didn't try any of the services. So why not 5 stars? Because they charge for everything. Paid parking for €20 per 24hrs, €10 per hour for later checkout (checkout at 11), €20 per adult for breakfast, €50 for an extra bed/small child... The room that cost €170 to book online ended up costing us €325 after all was said and done. If money isn't an issue, then great. But that's pretty steep for a single night.
