I ordered a crab for 5 weeks and they left something out or brought something into me that I didn't want 4 out of 5 times. I blame the manager for insufficient training. it is a pretty simple problem to fix, but it has continued so that they have lost a customer.
Blt ordered on white. not sure how it could be disgusting, but it was. it was very salty. I also do not understand how their employees think that it is in order to touch gloves after touching their faces and others, without washing their hands. News alert... when they touch gloves with dirty hands, that is, the gloves are not clean. if they touch other things other than food, which means that the gloves are not clean. I'm not coming back to the subway. perhaps the other subways know the protocol about cleanliness and gloves.
Really nice staff. there was a mix between me and another customer, but they immediately fixed him and gave my daughter a free cookie for the problems. so sweet.
My brot was very chewing as if it hadn't been boiled last time.
These guys are always friendly and quick. The food is fresh and very good.
