Fillets - North Kesteven

I stopped by for a last-minute meal. The haddock looked like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours, it was tasteless, and even though I ordered a small portion, it was the thinnest fish I've ever had. I also ordered a cheeseburger and I regretted it. It was bland and rubbery. I guess it's a lesson learned.

Best chips often go with my partner and 30mile drive but my just love the taste and side they give u not botherd about fuel sooner enjoy my meal

AWFUL, TEREBLE, NO TASTE.... Fish taste of nothing, chips dry and hard.... On the positive side it reminded me of a wonderful holiday, Swimming in Grease....

The chips were bland and dry, and the sausage was terrible. I was very let down by the disappointing experience at Fillets. It seems like the quality has decreased since I first started dining here.

I came to Fillets Sleaford today to grab dinner on the way from work. I’ve been using Fillets for years and have never had any complaints, until today! First thing that put me off was having to witness, I’m guessing the manager, discipline a staff member behind the counter in front of customers, I was unsure if my order had been fulfilled correctly as there was quite a few staff members behind the counter doing parts of everyone’s orders unfortunately this was confirmed when I arrived home and some of my order was missing. I also get prices are going up across the board but I didn’t realise that this also entailed cutting back on portion sizes. The large fish and chips, which my daughters normally share, was the size of the the old regular size, the regular fish and chips was more like a fish finger shape and for some reason came without the chips. Taste was still up to standard and we did all enjoy our food Im just unsure if it will be my regular haunt in future
