Michi Ramen - Nowatney

The cold noodles and the soup at the side is good. The soup is well seasoned and delicious. The squid tasted alright and the fried soft shell crabs was alright, too. Tonkotsu black garlic was just average, but good. Recommend if you’re craving for some ramen noodles, but must try the cold noodles.

This was my first time experience ramen. I had the spicy Tonkotsu and was blown away with the smokiness and depth of flavor of the broth. The char sui was cooked well and smokey. The soft boiled egg was the cherry on the cake. The shu mai was decent but definitely get the Tatsuya-Age (fried chicken bits), it was crunchy and full of flavor. The staff was very friendly and courteous and the surroundings was very clean.

This is one the best places to get ramen in tampa hands down. Food is bought out very quickly fresh and hot. The flavor of the broth here is excellent. We keep coming back here.
