Enjoyed by locals and tourists, the food, beer and personnel create a good dining experience! Whether a light lunch, dinner pro just drinks, a must try for even the pickiest of eaters.

There was a three hour wine tasting special around Nuremberg wine bars and sellers so we chose Durrer Hase. Glad we did. Tasting of three white wines from a winery near Würzburg for (the wine tasting special). We were given a Scheurebe, Riesling and...Chardonnay from Juventa Wines. After the tasting we were asked for our most appealing varieties and were given a smaller taste of something with more complexity and intensity. The Jordan Stellenbosch Chardonnay and Von Rachnitz Riesling were just that. The restaurant was busy for with the tasting. Music good too. Flammkuchen were in demand.

I can't agree with the partly enthusiastic reviews. the innovative and qualitatiw superior wittmanns closes and you look for the special in the "durren haten". in all shorts - there are flame-cake and steak. they are not bad - but not convincing. service somewhere between Studi-Kneipe and Berlin-Mitte (head was not there). pity, I see black - where is the creativity?? you don't want to dessert - I just knew there was a normal cream brûlée.
