Surrito - Nuremberg

A sushi burrito is such an amazing concept, and they’ve executed it perfectly! it combines the flavours of a burrito (with the corn, guacamole, kidney beans) with that of a standard veggie sushi roll (with the everything else). the guacamole was a game-changer!! and the surrito itself is so cheap! only €5,50 for a massive burrito sized sushi roll.

When I was there, I have seen two vegan options each a surrito and a bento. At the soßen selection you are a little restricted at the surrito. However, it is difficult, honestly, to eat the ding, because it falls quite apart and at the same time the rice sticks on the paper into which the roll is packed.

Delicious vegan option. They also have vegan starters. Especially the hijiki is an awesome taste I have never experienced before.

This place offers sushi burritos and bento boxes. As a vegan you could either have the Buddha boy burrito filled with tofu, pickled Japanese radish, kidney beans, cucumber, corn, carrots, avocado, hijiki seaweed, soy sauce and guacamole or the vegan bento box with fried tofu and vegetables, gyozas, salad and miso soup. I've only tried the bento box as a delivery so far but is was really delicious and reasonably-priced. I would definitely go again and try the sushi burrito.
