This coffee shop is hands down the most innovative spot in town. The chocolate is out of this world, and the owner is a true genius with a wealth of expertise.

Adam doesn't just excel at making amazing espresso drinks and dark chocolate, but his customized waffles are exceptional as well! These waffles go perfectly with a cappuccino or a delicious mocha. You might even spot Vinny Raffa or some of Nyack's famous philosophers while you're there. Indulge in the artwork, the coffee, and the delicious waffles - all made by Adam himself.
