Boston Pizza - Orangeville

I went for lunch while on a business trip in Orangeville. I was staying at the hotel in front of the restaurant and it made sense to go there. The outdoor siting area was lovely, staff were very nice and helpful and the food was ok. Its a chain restaurant so it wasn;t out of the ordinary but there was plenty of options to choose and thats always good

The food was meh service was better kinda reminded me why I generally dont eat at Boston Pizza not horrible not memorable just average

Living in the area, I have visited Boston pizza quite a few times. Service is always spot on, really friendly. I think it 's now under new management as there is quite a few new staff. The last visit, ordered my fave pizza which came back really bland, I called the server over and explained that although there were tomatoes on the pizza they were not balsamic roasted as per the menu could they add (all nice). The manager came over, said that that particular pizza didn 't have balsamic roasted tomatoes on (and that they do balsamic onions, not toms). Just said ok, couldn 't be bothered arguing but it did put me off going again (yes if I order a pizza I expect the one I ordered). The management always expects a server to know the menu and therefore I at least expect that of the Manager also hence the 'Skinny Carnivore ' does have balsamic roasted cherry tomatoes. (FYI the pizza was missing any herbs i.e Garlic hence the bland taste) Sign....that 's my rant over with.

This restaurant is part of a reliable chain. The service is good, the variety of food options is good, and the quality of the food is good. The service is also fast, as you would expect from this type of establishment. It meets all of the expectations set by its corporate guidelines. Overall, it's a solid choice for a meal, although it may not stand out enough to win any awards. It will satisfy the average customer but may not be anything to write home about. In conclusion, it provides a good, consistent dining experience with no major complaints.

This Boston Pizza is as popular as all of their outlets. Friday night was extremely busy. However, we were seated quickly and a server was quickly to our table. After bringing drinks she took our orders. Our food arrived in good time. It was fresh and hot. We all enjoyed our meals very much.I recommend the garlic, shrimp, pasta. One friend will recommend the beef dip and the other friend loved the spaghetti and meatballs.They were all great meals.......
