Avaliação da contribuiçãoWe stayed at Stua Catores for a week in July 2019. This was the third time we have stayed here. Markus and Sigrid and the family are extremely welcoming and they couldn’t do more to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The place is absolutely charming and delightful. Staying half board we dined in the restaurant each evening. The Tyrolean cuisine is superb and the menu is exciting and varied. Every dish is homemade and absolutely delicious. The service is slick and effortless (to the diner at least! ; no small detail escapes Sigrid’s watchful eye. You won’t leave disappointed.
Very nice restaurant, a bit outside the village centre, but by taxi just 5 mins away. You are welcomed very friedndly and the service level you get are of high levels. The food is just delicious and you feel it has been prepared with love and dedication.
We had our two daughters and their partners with us as a party of 6 for the Christmas holidays and it couldn't have been more friendly, homey and convenient. Breakfast buffets offered a nice variety and capuccinos were delivered promptly. Dinners were wonderful! We were invited to come for aperitivos at the bar, then were seated in the dining room which was all wood and nicely decorated for Christmas, with plenty of room for lots of groups to sit. Christmas carols were sung in Italian, German, Ladin and English. Sigrid and her staff couldn't have been nicer. One in our party is a vegetarian and she was given good options. Rooms are nice, clean, modern but with all beautiful wooden touches. The sauna was a nice respite from the cold. You can walk or take the bus to the center of town, although it's an uphill hike coming back up. Overall, Stua Catores was a total hit with my family!
3.80 euro for a bottle of water? And very penny picking... On more 350 euro of total bill at least you should learned to offer something to sooth the bitter.
I've been with the family several times and it has always been a positive experience. The menu' is traditional and the service is warm. Try the canederli.
