Wagon Wheel Bbq

Mmmmm good!!!! We wanted to get authentic Texas barbecue food and we found it! The brisket sandwich was perfect and HUGE! I also ordered a side of potato salad which was delicious and plentiful; a lot like my mom's potato salad. My husband ordered a pork spare ribs plate which included beans, cole slaw, and dessert. He had the peach cobbler. It was very good although I didn't think it was made with fresh peaches (they're out of season now). We enjoyed the elegant outdoor dining sitting at a picnic table in the shade of a pecan tree. Eventually we were joined by a group of German tourists, among whom three out of the four were physicists. It made for a very interesting conversation and a wonderful relaxing time at the Wagon Wheel BBQ.

Delicious brisket and cobbler. We chose the potato salad and pinto beans as our side. Great stop while coming back from Big Bend.

Best BBQ me, my wife, and my sister have ever had! Everyone who worked there was so kind and the outdoor patio was so calm. It was an amazing experience! :

The best and the most delicious (as Mohamed would say) restaurant in ozona

Was disappointed in the advertised and reality. Only outdoor dining and meat was not crosscut so a little tough. Ribs were extremely fat. Although proprietor said I didn't need sauce when I asked what kind they used, it really was the best part.
