Panera Bread - Penfield

There were ups and downs, the drinks like the lemonade are good the broccoli mac and cheese was wonderful. The bread today wasn't fresh the French bread was particularly stail the tomato cucumber salad was disgusting was a small portion too, there wascrumbs on plates from the food not good presentation at all, the normal Mac and cheese was watery. Me and my daughter didn'tenjoy the food either didn't hit the spot. She had put down allergies when we ordered but the sizes of normal and not aren't thesame either. It's a hit or miss with Panera bread

So I ve stopped here twice recently because the location is convenient for me. I order the bacon, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. They ask do you want the eggs scrambles or over easy I reply over easy I get scrambled. Twice not once. Do theynot know how to make over easy or is it a bit harder?

Are you kidding me. Just drove thru the drive up, ordered salad and hunk of bread was my choice. Really, you can?t even put a salad and piece of bread in a bag?? No bread. Not the first time. Guess I should hold up line and check my order, my bad.Expectation on my part was to high. Not sure what job you could do. Penfield store.

I am always greeted with the warmth and great service of Anastasia. After over a year of her taking great care of me efficiently, I decided it was time for me to recognize her and all her hardwork. She?s great!

This restaurant is a favorite spot, especially when in Fairport, NY. The staff is always friendly and courteous, and the service is professional. The restaurant is always clean, and the food is consistently of great quality. The "take 2" menu item is a family favorite, making it a good place for a gathering.
