My father and I visited Jack on Mother's Day and ordered drinks and wings. Although everything was a little slow and the restaurant wasn't busy, the real issue arose when we ordered desserts. After waiting for 15 minutes, we decided to cancel our order. Our server claimed she was unaware and blamed the delay on a full terrace, even though it was only half full and the restaurant was mostly empty. The manager seemed confused and our server repeatedly claimed she had no knowledge of the situation. This resulted in us waiting even longer as she had to correct the bill. We left feeling disappointed and deceived by our experience. We will not be returning to Jack and recommend other restaurants such as Moxies and Pickle Barrel instead.

Delicious burger and beer at this popular family restaurant. Tried the peanut butter dessert, which was an absolute treat, and washed it all down with a large Muskoka beer.

Perhaps the best burger ever. Amazing taste. Great fries. Washed down with delicious beer. Service excellent but sad to see the place so empty due to covid !!

Deals are not deals, they always have fine print to get them out of giving you a deal. I'm so tired of this. As well, beware if you sit at a large round table. The leaves of the table are broken and they expect you...to sit and hold your plate on an angle. Despite speaking to the manager on four occasions they continue to sit patron's at these tables.
