Green Fire Pizza - Pooler

Green Fire Pizza doesn't disappoint! We had meat lovers and Fungi Madness Pizzas. Both were delicious. Sweet and Spicy Wings, too. Very delicious! A great experience. The service was a little slow, but the owner came by and explained that they were short employees and offered to help if we needed something. I recommend Green Fire!!

Honestly, the vibe and the staff are everything I can talk about until now because I had no chance to order genuine food or drinks from here. How do I know they're wonderful? I deliver for GrubHub and the owner, to every employee I interact with, I was always treated as I was the customer. This is very rare in our industry. Thank you for your positive mood! I'm usually not a pizza person, but that was amazing. We built our own on a cauliflower chest with the basil Pesto sauce, mushrooms, mozzarella, artichokes, prosciutto and balsamicodrizzle... we also tried the sweet and spicy wings that were quite large, quite fleshy and very tasty. Location and parking was great, away from the worst of the pooler traffic. The staff was also very friendly, helpful and appealing.

At a friend's advice, we went to Green Fire because I was always wondering about it, now I'm going for not earlier. We came when the owner(Russell) was on the way and he greeted us and told us to sit where we wanted. The atmosphere was cool, there is full length glass to play in the kitchen and good music. There is a full bar on one side with some seating, then the restaurant is on the other side. The bar has a wide selection of beer, the owner likes his stouts so there was a really good selection of them. When I made my decisions, our waitress (Abby) even brought me a small sample of one I thought. We ordered the Caprese Heirloom tomato salad, which came with large pieces of tomatoes, large pieces of mozzarella and whole basil leaves (which you never see). I also ordered the happy bread, it came out and was like no other we had. The cheese train was fantastic, the freshly made in the house marinara sauce that came with it was amazing. I ordered the Real Deal Pizza and from all local pizza 've tried that is the best hand down. My wife ordered a NY style with mushrooms and pepperoni, you can say through the image that it is loaded with mushrooms and lots of pepperoni. The food was amazing, but what came next was the cool part. The cook came out of the kitchen and came to our table after I was riding over the food, he gave us a small background, told us how the dough is all fresh in the house and he also makes the whole sandwich bread in the house. When the owner stopped, he asked to sit with us and told us everything about his place and how he started. Russell takes care of the food he makes out, he is especially on how his pizza dough is made (at temperatures), he goes everywhere looking for the freshest ingredients for all his house made sauces. He even informed me about one of the cheeses he used that I did not hear in this area. My friend told me about the wings and said they were the best he ever had when Russell asked if we tried them and said he hadn't gone and had brought us some to try. I love my wings, I love different sauces, but these wings were simple (except for its special spice mix) and I would eat so easily at any time. I know this is a long review, but it still does not do the whole experience justice. Russell has a passion for food, has a passion for ingredients and a passion to bring the best experience he can. If you are looking for a cheap pizza joint that only mass produces everything, then this is not your place. If you enjoy what you eat and don't pay for it, that's your place. If you haven't been in green it's the best culinary experience in pooler hands down.

Green Fire has some great Pizza. The owner delivered some pizza at a practice I was managing at the time and I decided to bring my family here because the pizza was so good. Well My family and I enjoyed ourselves here. The smoked wings were amazing and the pizza was fantastic. The owner was friendly and had great conversations with not only us but every customer who was present. The nutella pizza was also great.
