Roosevelt's At The Tarpon Inn.

Prime location in Port Aransas, historical hotel, old rooms (it shows), and a haunted history in a Port town... what more could you ask for?!?... The long porch with rocking chairs is super relaxing!Walkability: It's centrally located in the heart of the island...Noteworthy details: It's haunted!!! ?

Great spot to stay a weekend. Come for the Tarpon, stay for the Roosevelt.

Wonderful and cozy place! We stayed in the FDR room and it was so spacious! Great place for events, as well. We hosted our daughter’s wedding here. Amy, the hotel manager, and her team did a fabulous job! The wedding was perfect and the venue is so charming!Rooms: 5/5

Old. History. Cute. Clean. Staff is polite. Conveniently located. The outside lights are so bright that at night so much light comes through front door you read by it. 3 stars because of price. It is not a $320 a night hotel. They can charge $320 a night because the other hotels fill up. Located anywhere but a tourist town it would be $50 a night. We will plan better and stay somewhere next time.
