One of my favorite places for wood fired pizza salads with a cold frothy craft brew on tap or a craft whimsical cocktail all so good in the Pearl...
Came here on a hangover Sunday afternoon after a walk in Powell's bookshop for an hour. It was 2 blocks away, and the outdoor terrace was fully booked, but the indoor life was empty. Nice bar area where we sat. We ordered the Margherita Pizza, which was $16 (we were told that her spicy sausage was $24 her most popular), but we wanted something simple. All their cakes are Neapolitan style, knives and fork recommended because there are no undercarriers creating a huge pizza flop. But damn it was good, I still folded it and ate it with my hand. If I left my one-bit? Scale, I'd give it a solid 7.9. There is also a location in Oswego. Define more fancy pizza and you can see it at the price. Great taste but with her wood stove. Would come back if I were in the area.
I love the pizza here. They make the thin crust wood fired pizza pretty good. We had the mushroom pizza, roasted beet salad. Taste is excellent, Ambience is quite cool, very friendly server, and it is right in the heart of downtown. I thought the prices were a little expensive for the portions. All in a great time we had here.
