Pine State Biscuits - Portland

The biscuit sandwich I had was tasty. The chicken was well seasoned and juicy. I had to take a star off because the dining area wasn’t clean. There were a lot of old cups around and the tables weren’t wiped down. Maybe I came after the rush but it wasn’t clean the entire time I was there. I would still visit again cause the food is good.

Always fantastic, we love Pine State Biscuits, all the locations are great! Highly recommend! The biscuits with both mushroom and sausage gravy mixed on top are so yummy!!

I’m always looking for a good vegetarian version of biscuits and gravy, which led me here. It was a mushroom gravy which was flavorful and had the perfect amount of mushrooms. The food was excellent! I do wish that they had a better tea selection though instead of just 2 flavors. The dining area is a bit small so if it’s busy seating gets limited so be mindful of that. I think this is a great breakfast spot and definitely worth checking out!

They make a really good biscuit! I’ve had the biscuits and gravy with eggs twice. This time I added a small order of hashbrowns and they were really good. There is so much more on this menu I want to try. Their coffee is really good and their **** Mary was spicy and really hit the spot. Everyone in here is very nice and they keep the place very clean.

A rough dine in experience from a confluence of a microscopic seating area and unorganized free for all to claim what little there is. I’d get it to go in the future. Food is standard fare for Pine State.
