Vernon Grille - Queens

Chicken chicken was a good portion and flavorful. Lamb/beef gyro was good but need more tzatziki sauce.

Spanakopita was dry and lacking flavor, pita had wilted manky lettuce and lemon potatos were also dry and somewhat flavorless.

The food came cold and seems old, not fresh at all. Even their garlic tzatziki sauce was stings because of way too much garlic. Gyro tasted bad. I ordered through Dashboard cause I ate there before but was very disappointed

Past orders have been great! Decided to order a platter for the first time and everything was smashed together in the same container. The fries were effectively mashed potatoes and everything adopted a lemon flavor from the chicken. Separate packaging goes a long way!

Chicken Souvlaki Platter and Chicken Souvlaki (Skewers) Pita was inedible. And tokanhour to get it. Chicken pieces so dry/hard you couldnt stick your fork in it. Thats Vernon Grille. Sometimes good, sometimes inedible.
