Barts Grill - Reading

The steak was not good. My friend and I went on a Thursday night and ordered two sirloin steaks, one medium rare and the other medium. Both steaks were overcooked. When we expressed our dissatisfaction, the owner was overly aggressive about customer service. We received two more steaks, but they were also cooked poorly. We will not be returning to this restaurant as we do not believe they can cook steaks properly.

I've eaten at Bart's a couple of times and each time has been amazing. The steaks are the best in the city and their burgers are delicious. I also tried the lamb and it fell off the bone. The prices are really good and the overall dining experience is great, from the moment I left my house to being picked up and dropped off for only £7.50. This place has definitely won me over and I will be back soon. Highly recommended.
