Seaview Malayan Kitchen - REDHEAD

When our normal Chinese restaurant was closed one Tuesday night we took a risk and tried somewhere new. And yay, it was worth it!! Not only did Seaview Malayan Kitchen deliver, the food was excellent!We ordered Honey Chicken, Deep-fried Beef, Braised Chicken, and Pork Fuller in Plum Sauce, steamed rice, and Special Fried Rice. All so so yummy!! And large! Plus, they surprised us with a complimentary serve of Sweet Chicken Soup, and some curry puffs! The deliverer was friendly, the phone service was great...yep, definitely think we've found our new favourite Chinese restaurant!

The other couple had a meal here a couple of weeks ago. They suggested that the 3 of us joined them for another dinner at the round table that they had. .This restaurant is quite handy to all of our houses. We managed to get the same waitress as before. Surprisingly she remembered the selection of meals that they all shared before. All the food was delicious! The waitress could not have been better. We took our own alcohol and there was a small surcharge. Any small changes we requested in the dishes were carefully attended to . A great night!

We took a party of nine here for dinner to celebrate a friend's birthday. And we couldn't fault the night.The restaurant is deceptively large and is always busy. But the staff were efficient, attentive and friendly.The food was particularly tasty, crisp and tastefully presented. There were no shocks with prices and we have no hesitation in recommending Seaview - and we will certainly return.

What a fabulous range of dishes to choose from. Service was quick and waitstaff were friendly and knowledgeable. Is very accommodating re dietaries as there were plenty of choices for GF husband.

The food was OK the service willing but not very informed. But for a place that is busy and turning over food quickly, there was a lot of MSG in it. Not necessary and some people react badly to it.
