Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Ripley

The bun was soggy when I received my burger, and the person who took our order was quite rude. I would suggest finding another place to eat.

We ordered a small, but they gave us an extra small. Service: Takeout Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10.

The food was served hot, and the service was outstanding. Overall, I would give it: Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Every time I visit DQ, I've encountered issues with the food. The burgers are often overcooked and dry, or the fries come out cold and soggy, tasting as if the oil hasn't been changed in a week. I kept returning, hoping it was just that particular shift causing the problems. Today, I thought things might improve, so I stopped by again, but unfortunately, they didn’t. It took 15 minutes for them to hand me my order. The cheese curds were barely warm, the ½ lb burger was cold and overcooked to the point of being dried out, and once again, the fries were cold and soggy. I used to love DQ’s fries and cheese curds the most, but now it’s a constant disappointment. I’m not sure if I want to give the Ripley DQ another chance to let me down.
