Christmas Dinner at this restaurant, and it was an outstanding experience! The service and food were exceptional. It was the ideal place to celebrate, with beautiful decorations throughout the building, plus we didn't have to worry about cooking. The ladies were so impressed that they felt compelled to meet the manager. Even though it was quite busy, Ms. Tanika took the time to come over and chat with them. We will definitely be returning for future events!

However, the service was quite chaotic due to an overwhelming number of takeout orders, customers waiting to pay, and others looking to be seated. This situation needs better management. It's important to support your staff and address these issues for the benefit of both them and your customers.

My favorite part is definitely the salad bar; it’s fresh, well-organized, clean, and very inviting. The seafood bar on Fridays is a real highlight. Our go-to dish on Fridays is the catfish, which is exactly what you want from a catfish meal—lightly breaded, allowing you to enjoy mostly fresh, hot catfish. There are also several other tempting options on both the salad and seafood bars to satisfy your tastes.

Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about the food—it was just average, at best. My steak lacked seasoning and was undercooked; I ordered it medium rare, but it arrived super rare (almost blue). I wasn’t a fan of the cheese on the potato either. The marinara sauce that came with the lukewarm cheese sticks was quite greasy. We visited during an off-peak time, so I’ll give it another chance the next time I’m in the area, in case they perform better during busier hours. It wasn't terrible, but it certainly wasn't the best experience either.
