Subway - Roca

This place has gone down hill the last 6 months. I used to love coming here but now even the manager is making terrible sandwiches. The older woman they have working there (40’s probably) has no sense of portions and is very sloppy. She makes the most horrible sandwiches and put waaay too much sauce on them. The manager used to be my go-to-guy and I would request him but now he makes his sandwiches so that they fall apart as soon as you unwrap them from the paper. I am very disappointed in how this location is going now and will likely take my business elsewhere if things don’t change soon. I have been a regular for 3 years coming in 5-6 days a week so it’s sad to see an entire location lose motivation to do well at their jobs.

Showed up at 5:52pm and the worker told me they were closed while serving other customers. They close at 6:00pm

How can a business owner run a business or make money when the store doesn’t open until 10:30 yo 11am and then closes between 5 to 6 pm. Horrible work ethics in my opinion. If some one can’t or doesn’t want to work before that time or after that time either hire more people or kick the one person working to the curb and hire another hand. Worst experience ever couldn’t even get a meal out of here not once but twice

If you are not happy making minimum wage making samages then quit and find something else to do. Guy with no nametag was rude the entire time making my samage then gets mad and slams the microwave door when I ask the bacon be cooked again because it was raw. Then at the end of the line when asked why he had such a bad attitude he takes my samage back and yell leave and said I was banned from the property. A property that's owned by the gas station which I spoke to the owner and he said subway rents the space from them. He also told me to come back any time. And the subway was filthy so filthy I filed a complaint with the health department.
