Roots Bbq - ROSLYN

Hours are limited. We love the new truck in this new place. Good Bbq! We had a brisket sandwich with the scratch-n-cheese and pulled pork sandwich with the Coleslaw. It was delish... On Tuesday tried to go for her taco, but they were closed a full hour at 7:00 when we tried. We have a hard time to remember so many places nearby, even in summer, if it is easy until 9 a.m.

This place has exceptional BBQ, great smokey taste and fall from the bone ribs. Brisket is worthy of any gold metal, and the pulled pig is best I ever had. The ambience is perfect.

My partner and I are on search for the best BBQ in Washington and so far this is one of the best out of 6 places we have gone. Solid A, great burgers, amazing pulled, decent brisket (would have loved for it to be chopped for easy eating) and their sauces were all great.

The food was amazing! Get the pulled pork sandwich. Everything was outside and clean. The staff was exceptional and friendly. I have nothing but good things to say about Roots.

Really good. I'm trying to go through at any time. From the vibe to the legendary grill, it's just my favorite restaurant.
