Pristan - Ruse

This place was recently refurnished an reorganized. Cuisine has got better, service is relatively fast and helpful. It is child friendly, wine list is versatile, prices are midrange

The pros: Cool (literally), no sign of mosquitoes. Cat friendly a wonderful surprise for me as a huge cat fan. Our waitress was the epitome of politeness, the majority of stars in my evaluation are for her. The cons: The food, particularly the one involving grilled vegetables with different types of cheese. A piece of advice: please do not add salt to these dishes during the cooking process, the results are petrifying. I felt like I was eating grilled salt of different colours.

The place looks nice. It is very noisy as it is next to the main road. I can't say anything about the food as we had no chance to order. Spend about 15 min ot the table, nobody cared to take our order so we left : .

The pizza was not really tasty and doughy. Service was good. Unfortunatelly everyone smokes in the restaurants in Ruse. Not really going back there on my next visit in my home town.
