Crossroads Grillhouse - Saanichton

Dirty. Cold food. But atleast the staff didn't get into a fight this time. I keep trying... LOVE Moe's...but management needs to get it together.

I really don't know why I love this place so much, but I do I always order the salad bowl, romaine lettuce, corn and regular salsa, marinated mushroom

Server was pleasant, food was less than good. My husband had a stir fry which he said was "just okay", I ordered a chicken avocado burger, it was less than okay. The chicken was from a very thin bird, the avocado was from a very small fruit.... it wasn't good. I see that the White Spot is returning to the space and I'm not surprised as Crossroads was a letdown.

My Daughter, four year old grandson and I went to try Crossroads as it has changed from a Whitespot Restaurant. We met at 5:30pm and where three of the seven people there. When we ordered I specifically asked for HOT fries with my chicken cordon blue burger and was told by our server that the fries are always hot. We waited for 30 minutes for our order (I know they must have been backed up in the kitchen with the orders from the other four people in the place). When the food was served the fries where cold and had to be replaced which they did. The chicken was very dry and tasteless which was disappointing as this is a $15.00 item on the menu. As a result I tried to email the restaurant but found no email address for them. I can not comment on the food of my guests but I will not be returning any time soon.
