Decoy Dockside - San Andreas

After being recommended Decoy by the Lakehouse, my family and I decided to visit for dinner. We arrived at the restaurant at 7:45 to catch the laser light show on the lake at 8:15. Despite being told that the tables were first come, first serve, we were asked to move from our table by a server claiming another family had been waiting for 45 minutes. After speaking with the manager and seeing no resolution, I decided to leave with my child. The manager later apologized and offered to find us a new table, but by then I was too upset to stay. I spoke with the general manager, who confirmed that the downstairs tables were open seating. Despite their attempts to make it right, I was too disheartened by the experience and chose to leave. Karen from the Lakehouse front desk tried to make things better by offering us a room upgrade and in-room dining, which was prepared by Decoy. Unfortunately, the food was subpar. Despite the effort to rectify the situation, the way we were treated left a sour taste in my mouth.

My boyfriend arranged a special proposal with the restaurant's team, including the hostesses and owner. They made the experience incredibly special for us! The atmosphere is lovely and the food is delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant!

The food at this restaurant was amazing! We enjoyed a few drinks (my wife especially liked the lemon drop cocktail) and we ordered the fish and chips for our main course and meatballs as an appetizer. The overall dining experience was fantastic! The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because the service, while adequate, seemed a bit slow. Our table watched as two other parties arrived, ordered, and received their food before we did. It could be that the dish we ordered took longer to prepare, but it felt like we waited a long time.

Nice placee on marina. Decent food too. Dog friendly. We all had a good time. I would go back.

The food is not as good as the previous place and someone thought it was a good idea to have a dj playing music so loud you can't talk to each other.
