I'm a navy senior chief stationed in nctams pac wahiawa and we don't have any essage. After I had spent many joint tours with socom and jcse, I felt very comfortable going to the green side and broth with my brothers in battle. this dining area is now my favourite place to eat. the eating is excellent, portioning and options are plentiful, the staff is excellent, the place is clean, there is a freaking smoothie bar with army grown spinat with the drinking of the infidel fertilized. but the best part is that I talk to soldiers and tell them how cool it is to be in the poor and not to be a bit......no failure, anyplace, anywhere. I'm airborne!
Portions man, always giving exactly how much i want. The food is great, this dfac is really good, compared to K-quad
It's a little challenging to figure out and sometimes weird getting through the line
I am thoroughly impressed with today's lunch menu and set up. The staff said they are starting a new special where every Thursday will have a gourmet menu item. Today's menu consisted of lobster tail, crab legs, steak and polenta. There a few other dishes that I wasn't familiar with, but they all looked very good. First off, I think this place gets a bad rep for its facilities and set up. It's pretty awkward, but once you get over that, the food is very enjoyable. Also, they have very small cups. It's like they think adults will drink only the amount for a child. Kudos to the C-Quad staff who cooked outstanding food today. I didn't have the lobster, but heard great things about it. Loved the seasoning used in the crab legs. THEY WERE PHENOMENAL. I would have paid to eat just one of those, but I got at least two HUGE legs, a piece of steak (well-seasoned), polenta, and bread pudding for $5.65. Can't beat that. The best tasting item I got was the polenta. Please bring that back when you can.
