Avaliação da contribuiçãoThis place is always good food. I was a little worried at first because it's attached to a gas station for trucks, but they always did a good job for me. I've probably gone 10 times in the last few years.
Not only was our cashier extremely on the menu he was friendly and super friendly. I wanted to pay contact less, but they are not able at this point, which is why I gave 4 stars. Food was delicious, perfect temperature and fast. Will return to this place.
Overall good experience has this special location both arby's and popeyes chicken in one and this is really cool
Wing to this Arby's and ordered a comb meal and 2 roast beef sandwiches while we waited for our food 4 people ordered after us and got their food immediately. On the person who had ordered after us got his order, but it was the wrong order (I think it was our) and they still got their corrected order before us. There was another gentleman who had ordered two fried sandwiches before us and waited. Finally, after waiting for more than 15 minutes, he went to the counter to ask for his money back and the manager immediately got an attitude. I admit, when the manager got an attitude, we got an attitude right to her and the employee who had taken our order began to yell at me for no reason and he finally went back and got our food and threw it to us, then another employee called us to get out of his store. I'll never go to this Arby again and maybe to other Arbys. That's the worst thing I've ever been treated anywhere.
To begin with the entrance for this place is extremely confusing as they have set up the truck stop, and if you have a larger truck, you will find it difficult to maneuver after ordering to the drive break window. I ordered a mozzarella stick and a curly frit, both big and I asked for ketchup. The lady who took my order while I could not see that it was there was a drive-thru, it was extremely rude, no, no thank you zero manners. As soon as I came to the order window, she took my card back and said, pull forward on the yellow line, literally that was all she told me I found I was very rude, as well as no thank you or nothing more. I waited, I would say, only about 5 minutes longer, they took out my order and of course there was no ketchup, so I screamed to the lady when she went back to the house Ma'am you forget the ketchup she said to me while still going forward oh, I'll give you some. The food was nice and hot, but ask for ketchup, never receive manners, I just feel important.
