Hyde Mountain - Sicamous

We enjoyed a delightful evening at this golf course restaurant while staying in Sicamous on a road trip. We were so impressed with the care and effort the new owner has put into making this a special place. The view was incredible and we enjoyed the meals as well. We both had fish- salmon and trout, very generous and well prepared. Our server was fun, the one called Trouble! There was also live entertainment the day we were there which we enjoyed. We'd highly recommend Hyde Mountain!

To celebrate our grandaughters 13th birthday on Aug. 4, here parents and brother, sister and her boyfriend, and both maternal and paternal grandparents went here for her birthday dinner. It was awesome, our server was excellent, meal was well worth the wait. The weather couldn't...have been more perfect as well. Of course the meal was way too large for either my husband or I to eat at one sitting (being seniors! ....so we were able to put it in a container and bring ithome (I put it all in 1 container . I had the rest of the meal for lunch today...and it was very good.....

We have stopped there for lunch with friends and that is amazing. the deck is a little worn out and has large gaps so that chairs do not slide well. eating was decent and the service was slow due to lack of employees.

The restaurant offers stunning views and delicious food and drinks. With a three-tiered deck overlooking Mara Lake and Sicamous, you can enjoy appetizers, fresh pasta, seafood, sandwiches, and steak dinners. We make sure to visit at least twice during our annual vacation - it's a must for lunch or dinner.

It was a very hot day, so on the terrace with a spectacular view sat perfect. two of us had the chicken roast special, one had the mushroom mozza burger and one, the steak sandwich. we were all satisfied with the quality of the food and in portions, especially the touching frit! we also ordered the homemade blueberry cheesecake and homemade carrot cake to dessert. eating and dessert will not disappoint. our server was very fast and attentive. the summer is a busy time so early to avoid a waiting.
